Two short essay responses (between 500 and 600 words for each response) to the following:
What characteristics are most important to you and how are they reflected in your life?
What character traits have helped you overcome personal adversity?
Letters of recommendation from:
A teacher
And a school administrator OR church leader OR community leader
Personal Photograph ( jpg or png format image must be between 1500 and 2500 pixels wide)
