SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY

 

The CWEF Scholarship for 2024 is open to graduating high school seniors with a minimum grade point average of 2.8 who will be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at any accredited post-secondary institution in the United States. If you meet our scholarship requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The award will be presented annually to two graduating seniors, based upon the following criteria:

ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduating Senior of an accredited public, vocational, or trade school

  • United States citizen or permanent resident

  • Grade point average (GPA) minimum of 2.8

  • SAT score minimum of 900 or ACT score minimum of 18

  • Two letters of recommendation from:

    • A teacher

    • And a school administrator OR church leader OR community leader

  • Participation in extra-curricular activities, community and/or school service

  • Submission of Online Application with Short Essays

  • Acceptance into any accredited post-secondary institution in the United States

  • Submission of high school transcript(s) and personal photograph
