Please prepare an original video that is minimum- 3 mins to maximum-5 mins in length – not to exceed 25 MB. (MOV or MP4 or WMV or AVI are acceptable formats. Please provide responses to the following:
What character traits you possess that have helped you to overcome personal adversity;
Your degree of commitment to pursue a college education; and
How you anticipate making a contribution to society.
Letter of recommendation from a teacher (scan and save as Microsoft Word or PDF)
